This miniature knife is handcrafted in my small workshop in Poland. The blade is made from high-carbon tool steel and properly heat-treated, making it durable and extremely sharp. Despite its small size, the knife remains fully functional and versatile.

Creation Process

The process begins with designing the shape of the knife and transferring it onto the steel. The shape is then cut out and carefully refined before the cutting edge is ground. The blade goes through hardening and tempering, followed by sharpening and polishing.

The handle is wrapped with waxed cord, secured with adhesive, and carefully finished to create a durable grip.

The sheath is made by fitting the knife to pieces of genuine leather and cutting them to the required shape. The leather layers are then carefully glued together and trimmed for a clean fit. An opening is made for the grommet, which is then fitted in place.

The glued edges are smoothed and polished before the sheath edges are carefully finished. The logo and decorative patterns are then burned into the leather, followed by painting the sheath black to achieve a rustic appearance. Finally, the sheath and handle are finished, and the waxed cord is added.
