The shape is then cut out and carefully refined before the cutting edge is ground. The blade goes through hardening and tempering, followed by sharpening and polishing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe next stage is making the handle. The wooden and brass components are carefully drilled and fitted to the blade using adhesive. The handle is then ground, hand-shaped, and polished to achieve its final appearance.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe wooden scabbard is made by cutting out its front and back sections and fitting a layer of brass between them. The pieces are then glued together, and the scabbard is carefully ground and shaped to fit the sword.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe scabbard is then engraved with decorative patterns, sanded, and polished.
